Chartis has introduced the new Commercial Excess Follow Form (CEFF) policy, which is enhanced with CrisisResponse, providing coverage for management of crisis events.

According to Chartis, the new CEFF policy is designed to complement its professional package (PRO-PAC) and environmental and general liability exposures (EAGLE) program, that integrate pollution liability with general liability for an insurance solution.

The new policy follows insuring agreements, exclusions, definitions and conditions in the underlying EAGLE and PRO-PAC primary policies that provide optional professional liability coverage.

In addition, by offering limits up to $25m and variable limit options for pollution or professional liability, the CEFF policy can provide a customized solution that meets policyholder needs.

CrisisResponse enhances the protection offered by the new CEFF policy by providing tools needed to manage a crisis, control claims and help restore a company’s reputation in the event of a catastrophic crisis.
