Insurance company CDS Group Health has announced that it will implement online healthcare benefit provider Benefit Informatics' data analysis solution to monitor and manage its health plans better.
Benefit Informatics’ flexible web-based services are expected to allow CDS to offer clients access to claim data analysis reporting tools which can be run on demand, distributed electronically to employers and broker/consultants and also stored online.
Benefit Informatics will allow employers and brokers to login through a secure web portal and view, create, run and save analysis routines. CDS is automating a portion of their service provision which is expected to enhance operational efficiencies and increase transparency.
