California State Auto Group, a provider personal lines of insurance products, has selected Mitchell International as its long term provider of appraisal and total loss valuation solutions.
As a key term of this agreement, the California State Auto Group will implement Mitchell’s WorkCenter Total Loss solution.
WorkCenter Total Loss solution was developed in conjunction with marketing information services firm JD Power and Associates.
California State Auto Group manager of claims consulting Joe Tonkovich said that After an extensive evaluation, the company selected WorkCenter Total Loss because it found that the solution provides accurate, transparent, market-driven vehicle values that consumers trust and readily accept.
Mitchell International executive vice president Marc Brungger said the company has seen significant increase in market adoption for total loss solution as insurers consistently validate the need for more consumer-friendly valuations.
