Brown & Brown, a diversified insurance agency, brokerage and service organization, has signed a definitive agreement for its subsidiary, to acquire the assets of AGA Insurance.
Jim Strickland and the existing AGA staff will continue to operate from their current location, under the leadership of Bill Zimmer, as a satellite office of the existing Atlanta area retail office of Brown & Brown Insurance of Georgia, located in Duluth, Georgia.
