Brown & Brown, a diversified insurance agency, has announced that its subsidiary has acquired assets of HBA Insurance Group.
HBA Insurance Group, with annualized revenues of approximately $18.6 million, is an insurance agency with operations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Vero Beach, Florida.
