Brown & Brown, a provider of insurance and reinsurance products and services, has announced the asset acquisition of Alpha Benefits Group by a subsidiary of the company.
Alpha Benefits Group primarily offers individual and group employee benefits insurance products and services to clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, US.
Robert Heller, president of Alpha Benefits Group, and his team will continue to operate from their current locations in Plymouth Meeting, Mechanicsburg, and Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, as a free standing Brown & Brown operation.
