Brown & Brown of Kentucky, a subsidiary of independent insurance intermediary Brown & Brown has acquired certain assets of O'Neil Financial Services, as part of its strategy to boost its footprint in the region.
Established in1993, O’Neil Financial Services offers extended warranty and auto protection products to auto dealerships in Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia.
Post-acquisition, the operations of O’Neil Financial Services will be integrated with recently purchased Agency Services Consolidated assets.
Then combined entity will operate as a new branch location of Brown & Brown’s recreational vehicle and auto division under the leadership of Mike Neal.
Brown & Brown of Kentucky president Tommy Huval said "The acquisition of O’Neil Financial Services, along with our acquisition of Agency Services Consolidated, enables Brown & Brown’s recreational vehicle and auto division to establish a strong foothold in the auto warranty and protection product space."
Along with its subsidiaries, Brown & Brown caters various kinds of insurance and reinsurance products and related services.
