Brown & Brown Insurance Services of California has acquired all of the assets of D. Bezona & Company Insurance Services.
D. Bezona & Company Insurance Services has annual revenues of about $450,000 and offers employee benefits products and services to its customers in northern California.
As part of the transaction, Deborah Bezona and team will join SML’s Santa Rosa office.
D. Bezona & Company Insurance Services president and founder Deborah Bezona said that the company looks forward to utilize its enhanced technology platforms and expansive service support system to improve its clients’ overall experience.
