Bradley & Parker, an insurance agency/broker, has acquired Profile Coverage and its affiliated companies, located in Ronkonkoma, New York.
Profile Coverage is an insurance agency/broker offering risk management, commercial and personal property/casualty, life and health insurance services to its clients on Long Island and in the metropolitan New York area.
According to Bradley & Parker, Profile Coverage will continue to operate in its current Ronkonkoma location and will become Bradley & Parker’s Suffolk county office. Steve Fuoco will be vice president and branch manager. Lou Pellegrino, president of Profile Coverage, will remain as an executive consultant to Bradley & Parker.
Mystic Capital Advisors Group acted as financial advisor to Profile Coverage for the transaction and David Black was the advisor to Bradley & Parker. Lloyds of London and other specialty markets allow Bradley & Parker to provide insurance and financial services.
