Designed for organisations with 5,000 to 25,000 employees

Avivia Health has introduced Avivia Select, a series of disease management and wellness programs designed to help companies provide new benefits to their employees.

The company claims that Avivia Select is designed for organisations with 5,000 to 25,000 employees and consists of three pre-packaged suits for individuals with chronic conditions and health risks.

Level one includes a health risk assessment and interactive and educational tools and resources. Level two includes level one, plus features such as unlimited 24/7 inbound calls to a health coach, and outbound Avivia interactive voice response automated calls for those identified as high and moderate risk. Level three includes level one and two, but expands upon them with population segmentation and risk stratification. All three Avivia Select suits are based on Web 2.0 technology platform, said the company.

Barry Cambron, vice president of marketing and business development from Kaiser Permanente for Avivia Health, said: “We’re meeting a largely underserved need in the middle to large-size segment of the employer market. Helping employees stay healthier contributes to three key goals – containing rising healthcare costs, boosting productivity and improving employees’ overall health consistently. It’s a winning solution for both employer and employee.”
