The product portfolio to support company’s strategic process improvement efforts globally

Aviva, an insurance group, has selected Lombardi’s BPM product and services portfolio to support the company’s strategic process improvement efforts globally.

According to Lombardi, the strategic agreement enables Aviva to utilize Lombardi Blueprint, a software-as-a-service process documentation and collaboration tool, and Lombardi Teamworks, the company’s BPM Suite for designing, executing, and improving business processes across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

Currently, Aviva is also using Lombardi Blueprint to map and refine its IT Quality Management System in the UK general insurance business. To date, approximately 100 people across disparate locations are using the wiki-like tool to document the process in near real-time.

The company said that Blueprint helps it to collect a wider set of input and comments from a broader set of Subject Matter Experts, ensuring that the effort is completed with a better control and speed, said Lombardi.
