Aviva has appointed Jean-Pierre Menanteau as the new CEO of Aviva France. He succeeds Bruno Rostain as the CEO of Aviva France, who is expected to leave the group at the end of September 2008.
Mr Menanteau, who will join Aviva France in October, has most recently served as the CFO at SNCF, the French national railway company. He has also been a member of the board and audit committee of Aviva France since August 2007.

His wide-ranging experience in financial services, combined with his energy and leadership skills, make him the ideal candidate to develop further our business in France.
