Insurance broker Atkinson Smith has deployed edge IPK's edgeConnect User Experience Platform (UXP) to provide distribution channels online and access to quote and bind its builders risk and renovation product, which is underwritten by Brit Insurance.
EdgeConnect is a user experience solution designed to help in delivering secured optimal user experience to any user, through any device, on any browser, and in any language.
By developing a single platform with a multi-channel interface, edge IPK’s edgeConnect enabled Atkinson Smith solution that can be used internally by all users, including call center representatives, as well as external retail customers and 3rd party brokers.
The solution also integrates with credit card payment and location based peril solutions and the platform generates all quotation, policy and regulatory documents that are available on-line in real-time.
