AssuredPartners, through its Neace Lukens platform, has concluded the acquisition of Creech & Stafford Insurance Agency, which offers personal and commercial insurance and employee benefits services.
The agency also delivers liability plans, personal insurance, including home, automobile and renters’ insurance; and life and health services, such as life insurance and long-term care.
Established in 1982, Creech & Stafford is led by partners Lloyd Stafford and Doug Creech, and has operations in Lexington and Hazard, Kentucky. It reports nearly $3.1m in revenue.

Under the terms of the transaction, nearly 18 Creech & Stafford Insurance Agency staff will join Neace Lukens, while the Creech & Stafford Insurance Agency’s Lexington location will be integrated with the existing Neace Lukens Lexington branch in summer 2014.
Neace Lukens provides commercial property and casualty insurance, employee benefits programs, risk management consulting and personal insurance solutions.
AssuredPartners, through its subsidiary Donald F LaPenna Associates, acquired the Anna Berman Agency, an independent insurance firm located in North Brunswick, that offers commercial insurance, including liability, workers’ compensation and group health and personal insurance.
