Arthur J Gallagher, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Voluntary Benefits Solutions, an employee benefit brokerage firm Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Voluntary Benefits Solutions (VBS) specialize in the design, implementation and administration of employer-sponsored voluntary benefits programs and focus primarily on large employers.
Timothy Easterwood, James Evans and their associates will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of William Ziebell, north central regional executive vice president of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
