Arthur Gallagher has acquired The Commonwealth Consulting Group of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Commonwealth Consulting Group (CCG) offers employee benefit brokerage and consultative services. Ivy Silver and her associates will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of David Ziegler, eastern regional executive vice president of Gallagher Benefit Services, a subsidiary of Arthur Gallagher.
