Arthur J Gallagher & Co, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Oklahoma-based retail insurance broker Meyers-Reynolds & Associates (MRA).
Established in 1985, MRA offers commercial property/casualty insurance products and risk management services to their global clients. They specialize in insurance programs for the utility/power generation and energy industries.
MRA’s team members Lee Reynolds, David Brown, Paul Brown and their associates will continue to operate in their Oklahoma City and Tulsa locations under the direction of Michael Henthorn, South central regional manager of Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
Arthur J Gallagher & Co chairman, president and CEO Patrick Gallagher said MRA’s client-focused culture and specializations will be a wonderful complement to both the energy niche practice and Arthur’s South Central region.
