Aon Risk Services, a risk management and insurance brokerage business of Aon and Assent Medical Cost Management, a provider of medical claims and healthcare services, have entered into a strategic alliance to provide personalized healthcare concierge services to members of Aon Risk in Mexico.
Under the agreement, Assent Medical will provide Aon Mexico members with various healthcare concierge services that include obtaining medical appointments, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations for patients and their family.
According to Assent Medical, it will provide financial advocate services including obtaining preferred pricing with access to global package pricing and will also provide a premium service for executives including transportation service to medical appointments.
In addition, Assent will help gather all pertinent information required for insurance and healthcare provider claim reimbursement and assist patients and family members in identifying and addressing potential problems with access to healthcare services.
