Aon Italia, a provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage in Italy, has acquired Rasini Vigano, the Italian insurance broker.
Rasini Vigano was established in 1958 in Milan. It has branches in Rome, Verona, Naples and Bari along with offices in London and Lugano.
Aon Italia country manager and CEO Carlo Clavarino said, through this acquisition Rasini Vigano clients will truly benefit from the enhanced value provided by Aon Italia through the strength of combined talent and expertise in providing innovative solutions for their risk management needs.
In the recent past Aon Italia has acquired several of the bank captive brokers that include Unicredit Broker of Unicredit Group; Sanpaolo IMI Insurance Broker of Intesa Group, BNL Broker from BNP Paribas Group, and Claris Broker from Veneto Banca Group.
