AMGO Capital has formed a Insurance Brokerage Advisory practice dedicated to providing independent financial advice to insurance brokerage and agency firms, pertaining to the acquisition and sale of insurance agencies and brokers as well as valuations and appraisals.
The practice will be spearheaded by Allen Go, who has worked with brokers and banks on a variety of M&A and consulting assignments, said the firm.
