Life and health insurance marketing group AmeriLife has purchased Arizona-based marketing organization Unkefer & Associates, which offers products for annuity and life insurance sales agents.
The acquisition, which is the second similar acquisition by AmeriLife in the last seven months and the third in four years, will lift its technology, product diversity and distribution capabilities.

Founded in 1994, Unkefer has developed various marketing concepts for its affiliates, and specialized products for independent insurance agents nationwide.
Unkefer president and CEO W Andrew Unkefer said the deal will provide a suitable platform to enhance its product availability as well as for its specialized ‘footprint’.
