American Community Mutual Insurance has marked its entry into the South Carolina market with the launch of Community Flex, a health insurance product for families and individuals.
Community Flex is introduced in three plan designs – Flex 60, Flex 80, and Flex 100. An individual can avail up to $5 million lifetime policy.
The premium rate is guaranteed for the first two years of coverage when a deductible of $5,000 or higher is selected. For network deductibles in a range of $500 – $3,500, the premium rate is guaranteed for the first one year of coverage.
Policyholders have access to major PPO (preferred provider) networks with access to over 7,100 hospitals, primary care physicians and specialists through the PHCS(R) Network.
The product will be available through independent agents from July, 2009.
