American Claims Management (ACM) inks deal with Sparta Insurance for handling workers’ compensation claims policies written through Arrowhead General Insurance Agency.
ACM will handle all approved aspects of Sparta’s workers’ compensation claims, which includes investigation and SIU, managed care, subrogation and contribution as well as regulatory reporting and settlement.
ACM president Scott Marshall said they’re leveraging their 175 person team of experienced claim professionals with their innovative technology to achieve industry leading results that lowers clients’ overall costs.
"Our claims systems and client portals are easy to use and give our customers, agents and policyholders immediate access to critical information," Marshall said.
ACM provides its clients technology to assist them in monitoring workers’ compensation claims.
