Allied Solutions, a provider of insurance and financial services products, has purchased Missouri-based MJB Insurance Services, a provider of insurance and financial products and services to credit unions in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, US.
With the purchase, Mike Button, president and owner of MJB Insurance Services, and Alan Tenbrink, a producer with MJB, will become regional vice-presidents for Allied Solutions and help direct marketing efforts in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.
Allied Solutions is also in the process of hiring two client-training and support employees to provide service to existing and prospective credit unions clients in the territory.
Chris Hilger, president of Allied Solutions, said: Like Allied Solutions, MJB provides quality products, services, and training to credit unions and helps them grow their profits, protect their assets, and meet the needs of their members. I have personally known Mike Button, president and owner of MJB, for a number of years and believe his client-focused approach is consistent with Allied Solutions’ culture.
