Allianz Insurance has appointed Sarah Mallaby as casualty and motor manager to its Claims division.
In her new role, Mallaby will oversee motor and casualty claims handling and major loss claims handling, litigation and claim cost control, in addition to handling a small number of major, complex and strategically important claims.
Prior to joining Allianz, Mallaby served as a senior claims manager at Aviva UK, according to Insurancetimes news.
Additionally, Mallaby will be responsible for Allianz’s major loss, rehabilitation and credit hire claims teams line management.
Mallaby will take over Allianz motor and casualty claims manager Martin Saunders, who earlier succeeded previous encumbent Roy Hebburn retired, last year.
