AIG Benefit Solutions, the group benefits operations of American International Group (AIG), has selected Wynsure to manage its policy administration, billing and customer-service system.
Wynsure, which has been developed and owned by the international technology vendor MphasiS Wyde, will manage with AIG’s underwriting and end-to-end administration processes.
Moreover, it will have an advanced portal, which will deliver extensive self-service functions for producers, employers, employees and employee benefits administrators.
AIG Benefit Solutions chief information officer Lorena Weaver said that the company selected MphasiS Wyde as it has a significantly better toolset and functionality than competitor products.
The system will offer extensive functionality for core and voluntary group life, accidental death and dismemberment along with business travel accident, short- and long-term disability, and worksite products, including accident and critical illness insurance.
