Acumedspa Holdings which owns and operates multiple medical spa locations throughout South Florida has agreed to begin using AcuClaims for 100 % of insurance verification and billing services.
According to the company, it is able to strengthen focus on increasing the marketing, patient retention and the expansion of both services and locations by leveraging the additional tools, knowledge and human resources of AcuClaims.

The Complementary and Alternative Medicine space generated a revenue of $11.9b in 2008 in the United States according to Fierce Healthcare much of it via third party payers.
AcuClaims intends to allow the company to create an increase in Acupuncture patient retention.
