ACE Private Risk Services, the ACE Group’s high-net-worth personal lines insurance business, has selected Accenture, a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, to support its claims management operation in the US.
The companies will jointly implement the Accenture Claim Components to handle all claims submitted to ACE Private Risk Services under its personal and specialty lines.
ACE Private Risk Services CEO Bob Courtemanche said Accenture’s understanding of the claims handling process, and its global experience in implementing core insurance systems, make the company an ideal business partner.
Accenture Insurance practice for North America executive director Michael Costonis said that the innovative insurers such as ACE Private Risk Services understand the pivotal role that technology plays in creating a claims service that is capable of meeting the high standards and changing demands of its customers.
