ACE USA said that its large-risk division, ACE Risk Management has appointed Lou Capparelli as the new senior vice president and branch manager of Midwest region, based in Chicago, Illinois.
The company said that it has also appointed David Zelickman as the new senior vice president and branch manager of Northeast region, based in Boston, Massachusetts. Both Mr Capparelli and Mr Zelickman will report to Matt Merna, chief operating officer of ACE Risk Management.
Most recently, Mr Capparelli served as senior vice president of Northeast region for ACE Risk Management. He joined ACE in December, 2002, as business development manager in ACE Risk Management’s Boston branch, responsible for new business production and broker relations in New England and upstate New York.
Mr Zelickman most recently served as senior vice president of ACE Risk Management. He joined ACE in October 2000 as part of the Boston branch’s national account underwriting unit. He previously held a variety of leadership positions in field operations arena with Reliance and Crum & Forster.
