ACE Westchester, the US based P&C operation of ACE Group, has launched a new premises pollution liability package policy, ACE Westchester Elite.

The solution is designed to provide additional enhancements for the complex risks and exposures faced by owners of facilities affected by changing environmental regulations.

ACE said the new policy will provide a package of pollution coverages that can complement clients’ casualty and property programs.
According to the ACE, the ACE Westchester Elite policy has expanded the definitions of certain coverage provisions such as pollution condition, property damage, cleanup costs, emergency response.

The enhanced policy will also provides ninety-day notice of cancellation, except for non-payment of premium; availability of mediation deductible credit and additional coverages are available by endorsement.

ACE Westchester environmental division president Barbara Deas said ACE Westchester continues to provide the brokers with environmental liability products and services.
