ACE Insurance, the Japanese insurance subsidiary of ACE Group, has deployed eBaoTech GeneralSystem to handle the core policy administration functions for its new agency system.
With the eBaoTech’s Interface Configuration (UIC) tool, the insurer has insurer has launched new Agency System, called as e-FACE, to delivers enhanced user experience and appealing user interface.
eBaoTech said the UIC tool will provide ACE Japan with the flexibility to configure the system interface as per insurer’ business needs, such as agency strategies, new products and existing product modifications, evolve.
The web-based eBaoTech GeneralSystem will provide ACE Japan and its agencies with improved system access from almost any location by computer, thus helping the insurer’s strategy to of new agency acquisition as well.
eBaoTech GeneralSystem will also enable ACE Japan to quickly and efficiently launch new insurance products as well enables the insurer to quickly change their formulas and rules.
