ACE, the US based retail operations of the ACE Group has made new leadership appointments in its sales and distribution team within its Continental European region as part of its strategy to strengthen local relationships with customers and brokers.

The three appointees include Daniel Jacobs as middle market manager for the Benelux region, Jose-Maria Conde-Salazar for Iberia, while Karine Paul-Dujardin has been appointed to conduct operations in France.

Jacobs, along with Hendrick-Jan Wiersama will report to ACE Benelux operations manager Ron Verhulsdonck, and will continue as technical lines underwriter, focusing on Dataguard, ACE IT and Cyber risk products.

Conde-Salazar, who will be based in Madrid, will report to ACE’s Spanish and Portuguese operations manager Angel Diaz, and will lead the customer segmentation work in Iberia.

Karine Paul-Dujardin joins ACE after seven years as global client executive, reporting to Olivier Roussel.

ACE Continental Europe regional president Joseph Clabby said the company is committed to meeting the needs of its clients, partners and brokers to make sure that its products are understood and accessible by all.

"Investing in people is an important part of the process and the latest step in our continuing development in the region," Clabby added.

The three appointees join the growing the company’s sales and distributions team, which already comprises 14 members through Europe.

The company is expected to announce additional appointments in the coming months.
