ACE has appointed Christina Sharp as claims client relationship manager who will work with claims management teams and clients to ensure anticipation, prevention and well management of claims issues.
The appointment demonstrates the growth of both the major risks business segment and the claims client management function.
With 24 years of experience in insurance industry, Sharp has also worked with businesses, managing global assistance operations and developing multinational client portfolios.
Before joining ACE, Spark worked as business development manager at Van Ameyde Group for six years.
Prior to Van Ameyde, was into the assistance division of FirstAssist to oversee its worldwide claims and call centre services.
ACE European Group Claims for ACE Overseas general, director and senior vice president Peter Murray stated that Christina has a proven record of managing complex, multinational operations and meeting changing industry requirements.
