Accident Insurance has struck a deal with GlobalOptions, pursuant to which latter will act as its Special Investigations Unit (SIU) provider.
Under the terms of the agreement, GlobalOptions will prepare its fraud compliance reporting, performing fraud training programs for its employees and conducting the investigation and identification of dubious activities pertaining to insurance.
GlobalOptions president and CEO Frank Pinder said, "Our SIU program will allow AIC to proactively identify potential fraud, all while managing investigative activity through GlobalTrak. The GlobalTrak reporting capabilities will allow AIC to calculate ROI on anti-fraud related activities in addition to generating annual reporting for compliance purposes."
GlobalOptions, provides outsourcing of SIU solutions and a variety of investigative products and services to insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, and third-party administrators.
