The Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) has appointed Peter Hoopis, CLU, ChFC, CLF to lead its newly launched general agency, Hoopis Financial Group in Deerfield, Illinois, US.
MassMutual’s senior vice president of Sales and Distribution John Vaccaro said that the agency will enable the firm to serve even more families and business owners in the greater Chicago.
"Peter Hoopis is a consummate professional and his commitment to give back to his hometown area personally and professionally is laudable," Vaccaro added.
In addition to protecting and assisting families to achieve retirement goals over the long term, Hoopis Financial Group will also provide need based financial services to consumers.
The new agency is expected to generate 40 new financial professionals over the next year as well as provide financial education services.
