ACE has made new appointments to its claims management team in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, to boost claims management expertise in Accident & Health (A&H) division.
Robert Whelan has been appointed as claims manager for Consumer Lines EMEA, Peter Murray as claims director to work closely with the management teams of ACE’s A&H and Life divisions.
Murray will maintain and build upon the service provided to customers of ACE’s consumer lines products throughout the region.
Gerry Corry has been promoted to A&H claims operations manager, Europe, and will report to Robert Whelan. She will provide operational advice to other parts of ACE European Group as well as manage a number of key client and broker relationships.
Mark Shillito has joined the team as A&H Technical claims manager, and will provide direction on large or complex claims in the UK.
Additionally, David McNamara will join the London-based team as regional head of Claims Operations and Systems.
ACE trades in 53 nations across the globe and provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.
