Xpertdoc Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in document generation and customer communications solutions, announced that PMA Companies will be utilizing their product to modernize and streamline PMA’s billing processes.
PMA Companies provides risk management solutions and services in the US, specializing in workers’ compensation and offering property and casualty insurance.
PMA is leveraging Xpertdoc’s CCM platform and award-winning document technology to convert their existing billing communications, providing them with enhanced creation, management and delivery capabilities all within the functionality of the Microsoft Word platform.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, Xpertdoc’s solution will be hosted on the leading cloud-based platform Microsoft Azure for added efficiency and speed of implementation. Previously, PMA’s billing documents were hard coded, making changes costly and requiring the support of the vendor.
