Hub International, a leading global insurance brokerage, announced that it has acquired the assets of Triangle Insurance Services.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Triangle specializes in providing property and casualty insurance solutions to clients in the Cary/Raleigh area.
Cleve and Linda Folger, the founders and owners of Triangle, are joining the Hub Carolinas division of Hub International Southeast.
