Brown & Brown of New York has completed acquisition of certain assets of The Rollins Agency for an undisclosed amount.

With annual revenues of approximately $5.5m, The Rollins Agency has been providing a range of insurance products and services to customers in Westchester County, New York and across the Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York tri-state area, since 1910.

As part of the acquisition, Brown & Brown of New York’s existing White Plains office will relocate to The Rollins Agency’s existing office in Rye Brook, New York, US.

The combined office will function under the leadership of The Rollins Agency principal, Mark Rollins.

Brown & Brown regional vice president Anthony Grippa said the combined team will expand the company’s geographical footprint in the state of New York and beyond.

Rollins said, "Our new relationship with Brown & Brown gives us the ability to expand our capabilities in risk management and enhance client service.”

Brown & Brown offers a range of insurance and reinsurance products and a variety of risk management, third-party administration, and other services to business, public entity, individual, trade and professional association clients nationwide.
