Acquisition is expected to expand the market reach of American Westbrook
Hendricks Holding Company has announced the formation of American Westbrook Insurance Services. American Westbrook has acquired the assets of Westbrook Financial Services, a Chicago-based employee benefits provider.

American Westbrook will continue to operate from its Elmhurst, Illinois location.
