To head new business for administrative risk services
The Insurance Solutions/Group Protection division of Lincoln National, has promoted Heidi Dross to vice president of New Business for Administrative Risk Services. In her new role, Ms. Dross will head the new business organization, including Lincoln’s I-Team as well as the contracts and benefits summaries teams.
Ms. Dross has been with the company for 13 years. She started in the individual life division in 1996 and transitioned to the group protection business in 2000. Over the past few years, she led the effort to re-engineer the new business implementation process and build the I-Team.
Susan Harpster, vice president of administrative risk services at Lincoln National, said: “Ms. Dross is passionate about providing the best service possible. With her strong leadership and marketing skills, she has played a key role in helping to write new national account business.”
