Zurich Financial Services has appointed Dennis Kerrigan as the new general counsel of its North America commercial business division.

Prior to his new position at Zurich, Mr Kerrigan served at Dewey & LeBoeuf, where he was a member of the global litigation department since 1998 and a partner since 2002.

Mr Kerrigan has a law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at The College of William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
