Mitchell International, a provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions, has signed an agreement with The Plymouth Rock Group of Companies, a provider of personal and commercial auto and homeowner's insurance, to provide physical damage claims solutions.
Under the agreement, High Point Auto Insurance, Palisades Safety & Insurance and Plymouth Rock Assurance will leverage Mitchell’s WorkCenter solution, a physical damage claims settlement workspace, to enhance all physical damage claims processing needs including assignment, repairable estimating, total loss valuation, review, repair management, and reporting.
Mitchell WorkCenter will provide Plymouth Rock with the tools to manage claims efficiency by eliminating need for claims handlers to log-in to multiple systems and re-key data fields.
In addition, the total loss solution will provide a fully automated, total loss valuation system.
