Baloise Switzerland, a provider of insurance and pension solutions, has introduced new e-insurance for the customers who do not want to deal with paper-work and files.
The new e-insurance helps customers to settle their insurance issues online and will be allowed to edit their personal details and check premium invoices and contracts.
Moreover, customers can get in touch with their insurance agents in order to file a claim. Subsequently, the processes taking their course after notification of the claim can be followed online.
Baloise also plans to add new functionalities over the next few months, to make the e-insurance more attractive.
