Aman Insurance, an Islamic insurance provider in the UAE, has been appointed as a 'Trusted Agent' by the Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA) under the RTA's 'Easy Licensing and Registration' initiative.
Following this agreement, the Islamic insurance provider has been approved by the government agency to renew client vehicle registrations.
The insurer said this partnership is part of the RTA’s strategic move towards improving service delivery performance and increasing customer convenience.
Launched in 2010 RTA’s ‘Easy Licensing and Registration program creates a safe driving community, while allowing customer experience, through the adoption of world class standards and innovative approaches to driver and vehicle licensing.
Aman Insurance chief operating officer Rashid Al Meeza said signing of this partnership agreement with RTA demonstrates the continuous commitment towards supporting key government programs and initiatives.
"As a ‘Trusted Agent,’ we will aim to offer customers with an easier and hassle free way of going about with the renewal of their vehicle registrations, following the motto, a happy driver is a safe driver," Al Meeza said.
