Silberstein Insurance Group (SIG), a US-based employee benefit broker and consultant firm, has appointed Gina Chmielewski as its new vice president.

In her new role, Gina will be responsible for the management and delivery of the company’s products and services to middle and large market clients.

Chmielewski has more than 26 years of industry experience, including expertise in all aspects of health plan operations, health and wellness benefits and a wide range of plan sponsor types.

Prior to joining SIG, Chmielewski was the vice president of sales and marketing at Coventry Health Care, where she was responsible for commercial health plan sales and marketing in Maryland and Delaware.

SIG president Richard Silberstein said that Chmielewski will be a tremendous asset in ensuring continued growth and success.
