Quotation service provider Webline has confirmed the inclusion of D&D Homecare, the general insurance unit of Swansure Group, in its quotation system listings.
Webline, which is part of the Capita Group, offers a range of cost-effective and easy to use web-based quotation and fulfillment services. The Webline database stores quotes and personalized illustrations for advisers’ future reference and online application submissions also let users complete and track their business easily through a single window.
The application process is now simplified because all the information entered into Webline to create a quotation is automatically transferred into the D&D Homecare system when a D&D policy is chosen. This enables the broker to finish the application quickly, with little further information required, allowing the customer to receive their cover details and documents within 24 hours.
