Patriot National Insurance Group has selected Paradox Technology Solutions’ WorkersCompExpert to support its insurance, managing general underwriting, billing and claims services operations.
Paradox Technology Solutions (PTS) said that its solution is a web based, fully integrated policy administration, billing and claims management platform for workers’ compensation carriers, MGA/MGU’s, TPA’s and self-insured employers and available through an licensing model across 50 states.
PTS will also provides Patriot National Insurance Group with a full range of implementation services including project management, implementation, data conversion and training.
Patriot National CEO and chairman of the board Steven Mariano said PTS offers a single platform that will support the insurance company, Guarantee Insurance and the firms program administrator, Patriot Underwriters.
PTS co-CEO Sandeep Mehta said the PTS WorkersCompExpert platform is a game changer that will enhance Patriot’s business performance across the insurance value chain.
