Aurea, the Transformative Customer Experience company, announced the appointment of Mike Hadjadj as Vice President Marketing EMEA.
After more than 20 years experience in Marketing and Communication BtoB Mike Hadjadj today joined Aurea, the business solutions provider that enables companies to deliver transformative customer experiences, as Vice President Marketing EMEA.
Mike’s mission will include the development of strategic initiatives, vertical marketing plans (retail, insurance, travel and life sciences) and the implementation of "100% Customer Success" program on the EMEA.
Moreover, because of his experience and achievements, particularly in the study of consumer behavior and adaptation strategies signs these new expectations, Mike will also have the mission to embody and disseminate Aurea expertise in the fields of Retail and to lead the development of "Aurea Retail Solutions" offer with its major customers.
After spending the first 6 years of his career in BtoB communications consulting, Mike Hadjadj joined Coheris, a European software publisher specializing in CRM and Business Intelligence, as Operational Marketing & Communications Director. Between 1999 and 2006, he played a key role in the expansion of this group listed on the Paris stock exchange, focusing on the integration of human resources, products and brands (12 acquisitions in 7 years).
In 2006, he founded the "Log on Communication" network, which acts as a support to management teams of high-growth businesses for defining and implementing their communication policies.
In parallel, in 2007 he was appointed to head the Communications team of Wincor Nixdorf, the French subsidiary of the European leader of IT solutions to the Banking and Retail industries, where he focused on the planning and creation of a business plan, the development of brand recognition, the generation of high level contacts and the development of the ecosystem/lobbying.
In 2011, Mike Hadjadj joined the management team of the software publisher dedicated to the world of retail, Generix Group, such as Marketing & Communications Director to participate in the revitalization of the group in the fields of ERP, Supply Chain, Cross Channel and EDI, EAI and portal solutions.
