As part of the deal, Intygral customers will be provided with Zywave’s suite of products.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Zywave CEO Dave O’Brien said: "Brokers face the challenge of providing meaningful, consistent and on-demand communication to clients — something that today’s buyers increasingly demand.

"Intygral provides a way for brokers to efficiently fulfill this need, and to ensure they stay visible and relevant to current customers and prospects."

The Intygral platform enables brokers to pursue prospects and clients with targeted messaging through automated communications.

The company is specialized in providing automated and industry-specific prospecting campaigns, which include particular sales interactions and automated cross-sell campaigns with targeted messages.

These measures will help to maximize cross-sell and renewal opportunities, sales pipeline management resources and up-to-date sales performance dashboards.

Brokers can also use website services, under the Intygral digital marketing system.

Zywave offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology solutions for the insurance industry. Its products comprise web-enabled marketing communications, business intelligence and analytics, client resource portals and agency management tools.
